Remuneration is generally based on time/effort or success at fair conditions.

For real estate buyers: In France, as a rule, the brokerage costs are borne by the seller. Thus, the buyer does not have to pay any French brokerage fees. IBS works with the best estate agents in the region.
Our remuneration is performance-related and/or is calculated on a time and expenditure basis. The services are on a full-service basis.
The amount of the remuneration depends on the purchase price and the complexity of the search. The mode of cooperation will be individually agreed with you. Included in the remuneration are:
– complete support and coordination during the purchase process on site until the signing at the notary
– Personal advice: Briefing for search criteria, market survey, property search, site inspection, evaluation, assessment, recommendation, negotiations, assistance with financing issues
For property owners we offer 2 models within the scope of our real estate service:
– Monthly lump sum incl. regular house inspection, check of the property etc. (amount depends on the size of the property and the frequency of inspections).
– Individual support: fee according to expenditure (hours/days) per project/task with detailed list of services, rental service offered
